National Association of Realtors uses Twitter for customer service


NAR, like BestBuy, uses Twitter as a Customer Service option.  BestBuy developed the TwelpForce to tackle their customer service needs as another option to their more traditional means already set in place.  It's just an example of a another inventive and resourceful use for Twitter.  NAR as shown below, are following suite. More and more Realtors and Realty companies are recognizing Social Media as a valuable marketing tool and the industries' leading association is endorsing its use.  See the links below for more examples.
