Inari Wines in Bristol, Virgina has a very informative and visually compelling website, so why do they need a Facebook site?  Why do they need a Twitter site?

Inari Wines needs a social presence on these sites for the same reason that most businesses do:   To build customer loyalty, to monitor what people are saying about their brand, and to market their product to an ever widening customer base.

But this is little ole' Bristol, not a booming metropolis, right?  Inari Wines is located in Bristol but it has also made its home on Facebook.
